Who we are

DormKind is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Trophy Club, Texas. Our mission is to furnish dorm rooms for foster youth and under-resourced college students. You can reach us at info@dormkind.org, by phone at 412-874-6683, or by mail at 12 Hideaway Ct, Trophy Club, TX 76262.

What we collect

We collect the name, email, phone number, and any details you choose to submit through our forms. This includes Sponsor Interest, Student Referral, Volunteer Signup, Apply, Contact, and newsletter signups.

How we use your information

We use your information only to review requests, follow up with you, send messages you have consented to receive, and operate our programs. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data for marketing purposes.

Third party services

Forms on /sponsor, /volunteer, and /refer-a-student are processed by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) so our team can follow up through our CRM. Donations are handled by Zeffy. Website hosting, data storage, and program operations run through Lovable and Supabase. These services are only used to support our work and are bound by their own privacy terms.

Text messaging and mobile data

If you provide your mobile number and check the box to receive text messages, you will receive occasional texts from DormKind about follow up on your request, program updates, volunteer opportunities, and events. Message frequency varies and is typically no more than 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, donation, application, or service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and messaging platforms, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at info@dormkind.org. We will respond as promptly as we can.
