This website is for informational purposes. It describes DormKind, our programs, and how to support or apply for them. Content may change as our work grows.

Donations

Donations made through DormKind are voluntary and processed by Zeffy. DormKind is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donors receive a receipt from our payment processor.

No guarantee of funding

Submitting a Student Referral or application does not guarantee a student will receive a DormKind kit. We review every submission and distribute support according to available resources and program criteria.

Text messaging terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on a DormKind form, you agree to receive text messages from DormKind, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Trophy Club, Texas. Messages relate to follow up on your submission, sponsor and donor updates, volunteer scheduling, student application status, and event reminders.

• Message frequency varies, typically no more than 4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
• Reply HELP for help, or email info@dormkind.org, or call 412-874-6683.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of donating, applying, volunteering, or receiving support.
• See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
